Rope Bowls & Baskets

Cotton rope, one long strand, is where each of my rope bowls and baskets begins. I stitch it round and round until the sides stand on their own, then finish the rim with fabric, a stripe of thread, or a quiet little knot that feels good in your hand. Some pieces carry tiny seashell accents for gentle coastal charm, others keep to simple neutrals for everyday use.
